| Our commitment to
excellence! The
watches sold by MarcelloC-watches are genuine and warranted to the original owner
to be free of defects in material and workmanship by the manufacturer (Marcello C.)
for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original owner. This warranty
excludes damage or wear to the case including bezel and/or inlay, crystal, springbars,
strap, bracelet and crown. The warranty pertains to normal use only and does not cover any
damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence nor does it attend to products which
have been opened, repaired or altered by other than Marcello C. authorized service. No
warranty is made or implied for timekeeping and accuracy of mechanical watches. This
warranty also requires you to have a watchmaker regularly check and confirm the water
resistance of the watch prior to exposing it to water (e.g. swimming season, dive trip
etc.) and the owner to make sure crowns and/or chronograph pushers are properly secured
and screwed down. Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
Manufacturer's Warranty
Marcello C. warrants to the
original owner their watches against defects in material and workmanship under normal use
and service for two years from the date of purchase by the original owner. Marcello C., at
their option, shall repair or replace the defective parts covered by this warranty. No
consequential damages are covered. This warranty does not cover any damage due to
accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence nor does it attend to products that have been
opened, repaired or altered by other than Marcello C. authorized service. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
In the event your timepiece ever
needs warranty service, please send the watch together with the original signed and dated
warranty card and a copy of the original invoice, your complete name and address via a
registered and insured method (preferably by traceable carrier and insured for full value)
to the manufacturer:

All watches being returned for
repairs and service must be sent postage paid and fully insured! Marcello C. cannot be
responsible for damage or loss during transit. Please make sure to fill out and include
the "Certificate of Registration" of
the United States Customs Service and get it signed/stamped by your local US customs
office to avoid paying customs duties for the watch itself upon re-entry into the United
States. Please declare the shipment in the customs form as "wristwatch, used, being
sent to manufacturer for warranty service repair" and include a description of the
defect/problem for the watchmaker in customer service.
Only if you have
purchased your Marcello C. watch directly from us in the U.S., you may also use the
MarcelloC-watches customer service department here in Minnesota to return your watch to
the manufacturer in Germany for warranty services for you. If you did not purchase your
watch directly from us, please contact your reseller.
Please note that only watches
sold by us and our authorized Marcello C. resellers in the U.S. carry the manufacturers
warranty! This means if you did not purchase your watch
directly from us or an authorized reseller in the U.S., your watch is not covered by our
warranty. Please make sure to check the reseller status prior to purchasing a Marcello C.
timepiece from an unknown source or abroad. We simply can't help you if you did not
purchase the watch from us and we did not handle the original import and customs duties.
Please contact us prior to sending us your watch! Only after you receive a Return
Authorization from the customer service representative, please send the watch together
with the original warranty card, a copy of the original invoice and your complete name and
address via a registered and fully insured method (preferably by traceable carrier,
signature required), clearly marked with the RMA number and postage pre-paid to:

Please note that we can not be
responsible for potential damage or loss during shipment to us. We recommend to double box
and use plenty of padding. Also, make sure to avoid mentioning the word "watch"
or "watches" anywhere on the package, address label or paperwork. Please note
that we may have to charge you for shipping & handling costs incurred when we have to
send in your watch to the manufacturer in Germany and return it to you! Any cost
associated with service or repair will have to be paid in full prior to getting the watch
returned to you!
